I enjoyed working with you as this project was conceived, as we negotiated with the insurance company to ensure adequate coverage, as the materials were procured and delivered, and as the work was implemented. I was very concerned with quality of work, integration of upgrades to ventilation and materials, cost, and schedule as we approached a narrow window of weather opportunity within November. This was a very positive experience. The crew was prompt, courteous, diligent regarding my requests/inquiries, and well experienced at what they do. They certainly made extra effort to ensure that all of our particular details were met. This included considerations related to ice/water barrier, ventilation, insulation, roofing boards, gutters, flashing, dormers, seams, and several other items. Each day, after they cleaned up the work site and organized materials, they consulted with us regarding the schedule and plan of the following day. The oversight provided by you and your foreman was done in a collaborative and respectful manner, ensuring that everyone’s best interest was considered and that the project was completed in a safe, productive, and quality manner. I realize that we’re in very a challenging and competitive business environment at this time. I am certain that your model of competitive pricing, customer engagement, quality work, and prompt scheduling will endure. Good luck to you and your staff. Hi Jim. My wife Mo and I wanted to send you an email to thank you and Ryan Roofing Co. for an outstanding job on the replacement of our roof. Your professional yet personal interaction with us from the first time you came to introduce Ryan Roofing services has been very positive. We appreciated your honest assessment of what you thought we should be looking at in terms of cost and possible roof under lament damage.
After looking at 4 other companies, we felt that Ryan Roofing not only gave us a competitive bid but "our gut" instinct was that we would be pleased after all the work was completed. And we can say as you and the three roofers drove away this afternoon that we were so pleased with the entire project.......The workers were careful to lay down tarps and to clean up the entire area after they were finished. They did a magnificent job laying down the shingles, putting on drip edge, roof vents and replacing several areas of the roof with new plywood.
