The following steps will have you painlessly on your way to getting your repairs underway in:

7 Easy Steps

1. Receive your free inspection

Our Professional Claims Specialists will give you an honest report at the end of the inspection. If damage is found we will ask you to sign a contingency. This agreement does not obligate you as the homeowner unless our representative finds, convinces the insurance company of the damages and gets the insurance company to agree on the replacement cost of the project.

2. Call your insurance Company

Report that you believe you have hail damage from the August 23rd Storm and that you are working with James E Shaw @ 612 282-4176 from Ryan Roofing.

3. An insurance Adjuster will call within 72 hrs

Get the insurance adjusters name and phone number. Remind the adjuster that you are working with James E Shaw @ 612 282-4176 from Ryan Roofing and that you’d like him to call James to set up an appointment to look at the property.

4. Call Jim @ 612 282-4176 or Email me This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

When you call please provide me with the Insurance Adjusters name and phone number. I will contact him and make sure that we agree on the appointment time and date.

5. I will meet with your Insurance Adjuster

At this meeting, we will look for and agree upon damage and a replacement price if needed.

6. The Insurance Company will send you a copy of the scope of damages and a check

When you receive your insurance paperwork, call me and we will schedule a Pre-Start Meeting.

7. Pre-Start Meeting

At this meeting we will review your insurance paperwork, pick out materials, colors, collect the first check from your insurance Company for the ACV to cover the material cost and set a project start date.
